6th May Amberley Classic Motorcycle Show wetter than expected
13th May Transport Rally, Portsmouth North Harbour, In support of Portsmouth Scouts and Rowans Hospice, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friendly local show, showing off our BSA's to the public. A mixture of wind and sunburn. A pleasant way to spend a Sunday.
25-27th May Sunday Open Day & Camping Weekend, Leicester Forest East Rugby Club, theme 50 years of Unit Twins & made in 1952. A new twist on a long standard event (formerly held at Billing, then Wicksteed) on the BSAOC Calendar. Runs out, Subsidised curry, Hogroast, Group on Sat eve
Just for a bit of friendly fun and especially to encourage use of BSA's we run branch attendance
award.
The points scheme also recognizes the distance travelled.
Points are awarded thus: 3 points for attending on a BSA, 2 points for any other motorcycle
and one point for any other means of transport.
1 bonus point if distance from home to Bold Forester is 12-24 miles and 2 bonus if 24 or more miles.
